About this Presentation
To safely and efficiently fly a Beech Baron or Travel Air you must go well beyond the basic skills learned in generic multiengine rating training and focus on type-specific knowledge and skills. Seth Lake is a US Air Force instructor, a BPPP instructor and owns VSL Aviation, teaching in Travel Airs. In this program Seth will review:

  • Best practices when flying a Beech twin
  • Human factors and their impact on single-engine aerodynamics
  • How to safely teach single-engine emergencies in Barons and Travel Airs

Viewers will be able to type in their questions to be answered during the event. We’ll explain how to do so at the beginning of the webinar.

Although this American Bonanza Society program is oriented toward pilots of Beech Barons and Travel Airs, the discussion, techniques and procedures described are valuable to the pilot of any airplane.
