Member Dinner - EAA Airventure 2023
Reserve your tickets now for the ABS member dinner and Annual Meeting Tuesday, July 25, at 5:00 pm (social) and 6:00 pm (dinner) at Brighton Acres. The Annual Meeting will take place immediately after dinner.
The cost is $52 per person. ABS Life Members receive a discounted ticket price of $30. Children 16 and under are $20.

- Petite Filet Mignon with Sautéed Mushrooms and Au Jus
- Chicken Marsala
- Oven Roasted Red Bliss Potatoes
- Steamed Broccoli with Sharp Cheddar Sauce
- Caesar Salad with Fresh Grated Parmesan

- Cheesecake Buffet Including Turtle, New York, Chocolate Amaretto, and Black Forest Cherry

TRANSPORTATION
Bus transportation will begin at 4:45 pm from the Bus Park.
Social 5:00-6:00pm
Dinner 6:00-7:00pm
Buses will drop back off at the Bus Park & North 40 by 7:45-8:00 pm
Our cancellation policy:
All cancellation notices must be received in writing to [email protected]. Cancellations made 15 days or more in advance of the event will receive a refund minus a $10 processing fee. A cancellation made within 14 days is considered a late cancellation and is non-refundable. A no-show is when an attendee misses the event without cancelling. All no-shows are non-refundable.
