When buying or selling an aircraft, it’s vital to properly assess the impact of damage history on the airplane’s value. Jason Zilberbrand of VREF, a major aircraft valuation service, will review:

• An insider’s look at how an Accredited Senior Appraiser calculates and assesses damage
• What impact damage has on aircraft value
• What is the diminution of value
• The characteristics and criteria used to determine the value of damage
• When to walk away from an aircraft purchase, and why
