About this Presentation
There’s a lot that happens between cruise flight and touchdown. Many pilots cram most of the workload into parts of this time when they are busy flying an approach and landing. This webinar provides techniques for spreading out single-pilot workload, to improve situational awareness and terrain/traffic avoidance in the critical time closer to the ground.

You’ll learn about:

  • The difference between procedure and technique in flying an airplane
  • How using checklists at the right time makes it easier to fly single-pilot
  • Some of the common mistakes pilots make that make it harder to fly approaches
  • Answers to your questions about flying single-pilot, and about Beech airplanes

Viewers will be able to type in their questions to be answered during the event. We’ll explain how to do so at the beginning of the webinar.

Although this American Bonanza Society program is oriented toward pilots of Beech Bonanzas, Debonairs, Barons and Travel Airs, the discussion, techniques and procedures described are valuable to the pilot of any airplane.
