About this Presentation
As many Beechcraft airplane cockpits are rapidly being upgraded from round dials to modern displays, pilots need to modernize the way they fly. There is a learning curve to understanding the capability and functionality of the “Glass Cockpit.” This presentation will take a fun and informative look at how to quickly adapt to the new instrumentation that almost every airplane will eventually have. Topics include:

• Glass panel symbology
• Primary Flight Displays (PFDs)
• Navigation displays
• Instrument scanning techniques
• Autopilot use
• How to avoid saying, “What’s it doing now?”

Viewers will be able to type in their questions to be answered during the event. We’ll explain how to do so at the beginning of the webinar. This program is recognized for ABS AVIATOR and FAA WINGS credit.

Although this American Bonanza Society program is oriented toward pilots of Beech Bonanzas, Debonairs, Barons and Travel Airs, the discussion, techniques and procedures described are valuable to the pilot of any airplane.
